Another Warm Day

It was hot yesterday something we dogs are just not used too...
So I spent the day sleeping and laying around. Mom did something embarrassing by sitting in a little swimming pool and trying to get all us dogs to swim with her. Did we? heck no I, Lilly and and Daisy just stood in the pool trying our best to avoid what ever mom was trying to do. But I think I was most pooped out over the annoying neighbor dog, who likes to come over and bug all us. Even Ruffles got annoyed but left the scene.

Well it is me Daisy Mae visiting with you all today; Lilly, Oreo and Polar are snoozing somewhere. So I thought I would drop in and say howdy before my nap, and ask everyone to help this animal shelter in need http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/OR60.html
They need our help!
At the end of June the shelter will be closing, but that means the dogs would are not adopted will be destroyed!
Now I hope that I appeal to all out there and their dog sense is this just not acceptable, the cats and dogs all can be saved if everyone would help license for each of my pals in Lincoln county or any kind of donation would help lots, please help out this shelter. Every animal needs a good home and no animal deserves to be destroyed.

Having some Video Silly Fun with my Dogs

Oreo cookies is the baby in the family and she just loves napping with daddy in the old green chair. What's so fun is you can't get her to move for nothing, she is not about to give up her spot for anything.
What she loves most of all is that delightful tummy tub, I just happened to video this when I had nothing to do the other day.



Oreo cookies is quite smart and you can tell her to go get a specific toy and she will get the toy. When I taped this I asked her to go get her large leopard. I got this for for a year ago and it is one of her most favorite toys. She will sleep with it and will not share it with any of the other dogs, she knows it is hers and hers alone.
The last video is of one of my other dogs, Polar bear who is 60 pounds of great joy to me. He is filled full of love and happiness nothing every bothers him, a very gentle soul. I have been so blessed to have him in my life. He lets all the female dogs rule the roost without a care. He loves toys and one his most favorite things is to take them outside away from Oreo and hide them.
So this video is short but I wanted everyone to meet Polar bear. In this video I am playing with one of his favorite toys and he will get it and go hide it.
You might notice one ear up and one down he came through some tough surgery a few months back and despite it he has not lost one ounce of personality.

Gurading the House from Those little Boys

One of Oreocookies favorite things to do during the day is to come up stairs and bark at the neighborhood boys, I think because they do a lot of yelling running around and she gets such a good view of all the goings on in the upstairs window. Lilly just can't seem to understand what the big deal is at first she will join in but after a bit she becomes bored and tired of the game.
Oreo will continue to be ever faithful.



What in heavens name are you barking at?



It just seems amazing she can see the kids through the sheer curtain, I just had to tape it and show how she just never gives up no matter what and does not seem to get bored, how very loyal she is about protecting her house!
